New year, new you !
My very best wishes for this new year.
On the 1st January, did you decide to take any resolutions? Have you already forgotten them or decided that it was no use as you wouldn’t keep them anyway? Don’t despair, you are not alone!
One of the reasons many people don’t even bother with resolutions is that making resolutions, and keeping to them, means taking action. You want to lose weight, you need to take action, you want to be fitter, you need to take action, you want to change jobs, you need to take action. You catch my drift? Taking action means doing something and quite frankly, who wants to do something when it’s cold, wet, foggy outside? You probably just want to curl up and do nothing and that’s fine.
However, what if taking action was one of the best things you did this year? What if taking action could help you achieve something you’ve been wanting to do and never dared? What if taking action, meant you could be happier and more confident? What if taking action meant you could make New Year’s resolutions and actually stick to them?
