What is “Coaching”?
There are many different definitions of the word “coaching”, and nowdays it is being used anyoldhow in everyday life, which can be confusing.
Life coaching – the coaching I offer – is a personalised and contractualised accompaniment that supports you in reaching any goal, professional or personal, that you have set yourself.
My personal approach is that coaching encourages the development of open mindedness, brings out a person’s potential, helps them discover their skills and gives them self-confidence.

A personalised life coaching is usually 10 sessions of 60-90 minutes on a weekly basis. Over this period I will help you find your path – which might be one that you had never imagined you might follow – which may be out of your comfort zone but never out of your control.
